All above-mentioned Harnesses for RF, Microwave, Fiber Optic, Electrical are assembled by our associated separate organization, exclusively for us for re-sale to Indian customers in military and aerospace sectors.

We specialize in small volume, customized made-to-order above Harnesses with quick turnaround time. We do offer high flexibility for meeting all such requirements of our regular and repeat customers.

Timeline

Sona Technologies was set-up in 2010. However the management team and other team members have a history in Hi-Rel Harness industry from the year 2004. In the year 2010, the team and assets were set-up into the new entity under the name of: Sona Technologies.

2004:  Started supply of RF Interconnects to Indian Defence market from the previous organization.

2006: Introduced Hi-end type indigenous Microwave Harnesses upto 18GHz first time in India.
- Range of RF Harnesses was expanded with introduction of many new innovative types.

2007: Started Tactical Fiber Optic Harnesses to Indian Defence market from previous organization.
- Introduced indigenous TFOCAII and D38999 based Fiber Optic Harnesses.
- Also introduced indigenous Expanded Beam Fiber Optic Connector based Harnesses.

2010: Spun-off into a separate entity: Sona Technologies to focus on Hi-Rel type Interconnects with full dedication and vision for meeting the high quality and high reliability standards of our military and aerospace customers.

2011: Introduced complete turnkey hi-rel type Fiber Optic solutions for military type applications. We supply Converters for Video, Data and Fast Ethernet for Fiber Optic and MUX solutions, Fiber Optic Rotary Joints and associated hi-rel cabling and connections.

2012: Started supply of MIL-24308 D-Sub, MIL-83513 Micro-D, MIL-38999 Connectors and complex Harnesses – made to order, based on these interconnects.

2013: Introduced innovative mixed signal RF+Electrical Harnesses in MIL-24308 and MIL-38999 versions. A single Harness can include multiple signals like Fiber, RF, Ethernet or and/or Electrical
